Shipping policy
Scope & delivery time: Standard protocol applies to all customers nationwide within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
Note: Estimated delivery time may vary earlier or later depending on traffic conditions, disclosure time as well as exceptional factors affecting the transfer of the shipping unit from the pick-up location to the delivery location.
The conversion fee level will vary depending on the order quantity, the distance between the shipping warehouse and the receiving address. Details of the conversion fee level will be displayed when ordering.
Division of responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents during the transaction process
1. For suppliers:
Providing goods documents: Suppliers and traders are responsible for providing complete and accurate relevant goods documents including:
Sales invoice (if any).
Certificate of origin, quality or other permitted documents (for products that need to be proven).
Detailed information about goods (including product code, quantity, weight and special packaging requirements).
Ensuring the authenticity of evidence: All information in the evidence must be accurate, honest and valid according to the law. The supplier is legally responsible for the documents provided.
Commit to cooperating with reputable delivery partners, ensuring fast and safe delivery.
Track and update order status for customers
2. For Logistics units:
Check and preserve goods documents: Logistics service providers are responsible for storing and preserving related goods documents during the transportation process.
Provide evidence to customers upon request: If necessary, the logistics unit will coordinate with BunnyHillConcept and the supplier to provide evidence to customers to ensure the transparency and authenticity of the goods.
Support for handling claims: If problems arise related to documents or goods, the logistics unit will coordinate with BunnyHillConcept and the supplier to check, process and provide appropriate information to customers.
3. Responsibility of the parties in proving failure in case of failure.
If a failure occurs, the logistics unit must immediately notify BunnyHillConcept and the supplier to find an alternative solution.
In case the documents cannot be recovered, the supplier and BunnyHillConcept will resolve reasonably and ensure responsibility according to the regulations and signed contract.
