BunnyHillConcept supports exchanging for a model of equivalent value within 78 hours from the time of payment (Applicable to customers who purchase directly at the store) and from the time of receipt (For customers who purchase through different online forms).

BunnyHillConcept supports returns for products in their original condition
SALE products do not apply the return program.

In case of return for refund, BunnyHillConcept will refund the customer by bank transfer to the customer according to the value of the returned product.
