Inspection Policy
1. Definition
Checking goods is the task of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package with the products in the customer's order.
2. Regulations
Time of checking goods.
We accept customers to check with the delivery staff at the time of receiving the goods.
After receiving the goods, if the customer checks and finds any errors, they can contact the customer service department for support in exchanging or returning the goods. Note, customers should record a video when opening the package for comparison when necessary.
Scope of checking goods.
- Customers are allowed to check the actual products received, compare and contrast the products received with the products ordered on the order after the staff confirms the order according to the following criteria: sample photos, product codes, sizes, colors, materials, etc.
- Absolutely do not peel or open product boxes with sealed stamps or guarantee stamps.
– Do not scratch the code of products with points or gifts.
Steps to handle when the goods received are not as ordered.
When you check, the product received is not as ordered. Please contact hotline 0903314875 or tungle.bhc@gmail.com to meet the customer service department to confirm the order.
In case we pack the wrong order according to the customer's request, the customer may not receive the goods or pay. In case the order has been paid, the customer can request to send a new order or not, we will refund the customer as soon as possible.
In case we pack the goods according to the order, but the customer changes the need, the customer can request to return and apply the return policy. In this case, the customer will pay the delivery fee (if any).
